2017-11-12: Chiang Mai to Mae Sariang,with planned stops to Doi Inthanon

En-route to Doi Inthanon, we stopped by a few waterfalls.

This is much nicer..OK the water is splashing on to usView from afarThere’s a small eatery at the waterfall, thus we decided to take our lunch thereThis place is popular with tourists and bikers. Leaving the place after nice lunch

After lunch we continued our journey and reached the peak of Doi Inthanon. Highest mountain in Thailand! Elevation at 2565 m

After the hearty dinner, we walked around and there’s nothing much in Mae Sariang. After all people just stop by here for the night when doing the Mae Hon Soon loop. We went back to rest to prepare for tomorrow.
