We got up early in the morning, with JX’s wife giving me a lift and CK’s wife giving KT and DY a lift to Changi Airport T3 (DY joining us for breakfast and sending us off). Except for CK, the rest of us have not taken such long flights before (13+hrs).
To officially kick off the adventure, we took a pint each after breakfast to celebrate. 😁😁

After JX and I had our last min smokes, we boarded the plane for the long ride.
We managed pretty well throughout, just eat and sleep throughout the 13+ hours. SQ’s entertainment system provides lots of options to keep us occupied. My opinion, the trick is to stand up, stretch and walk around frequently. Also don’t think of smoking if you’re a smoker (easier said than done!). 😒😒
Grabbed a beer and even watched some 凡人修仙传！国漫 rocks！
After arrival and clearing immigration, JX and myself quickly went outside the airport to take a puff after 13hrs+ while CK helped to book the Uber to our AirBnB. It was really cold outside (7 degrees).
We had some issues finding the Uber pick up point and walked around quite a bit to locate it. We finally managed to board our ride and made our way to our AirBnB.
After gaining access to our basement dungeon apartment, we put away our luggage and made our way to Frankfurt Main Train Station to purchase our train tickets for Amsterdam. The train station was a 10 min walk and this is where we experienced the cold firsthand.
We got the tickets to Amsterdam sorted out for 27-Mar-26 departure.
After buying the tickets, OTW back we stopped by a restaurant for our dinner and beers.
After dinner, tabao some beer back and went back to AirBnB for good rest to counter for the jet lag.
