I’m so bored

Lmao hi, haven’t been here in a while, decided to come here to post some stuff that we’ve been doing, just gonna dump some photos and context

Picnics!!

Ah yes, been meaning to write about this. A few months ago I think it was, we got a picnic table and some chairs

711 food, surprisingly good tbh, got Mac and cheese and some rice and lasagna
East Coast Park

Couldn’t find our first picnic which was sushi at rowers bay, the park at Yishun Dam. It was a popular spot we went to on many occasions. We also went to changi beach frequently to eat, our list of food that we ate would include. Sushi, 711 food ( As shown above ), Chicken rice, and a lot of snack food like fried banana and red tea longan ( according to my mother ).

NIGHT CYCLING

In the span of the past few months, my dad and I went on 2 cycling trips. One where we ventured to Ulu Sembawang and one where I went to MBS at night, Round 2!!

Ulu Sembawang

Don’t remember much from this, but this was my first night cycling experience. So, context is that my dad and his friend decided to cycle themselves to Ulu Sembawang. However, at this point of time, I was SOOOO bored. So, I decided to hop in and join them, if I had discovered the wonders of staring at red on Hypixel Skyblock, I probably wouldn’t have started night cycling. Hi Darian

As fore mentioned, I can’t remember Honk about what happened, but I remember one thing VERY VIVIDLY

Darkness. Look behind me, it might seem ok to you now, but if you go there, it is Pitch Black, I could see nothing ahead of me. You do not know how scary it is to not know where you are walking, my light didn’t do much either, it was so dark, I was starting to think a dinosaur would pounce out of the bush and kill me lmao. I was astonished, I did not know that the world could get THIS dark. I recommend you go see it for yourself, you will be speechless.

I love it when it’s night time and there are ships in the sea, it always gives me Mad Max feels and I don’t know why

Also took a detour to Sembawang Beach before going on home.

MBS Pt 2, Night Version

So, after I went night cycling to Ulu Sembawang, I started loving night cycling. If you wanna try it, I highly recommend it. You won’t sweat as much as the night air in Singapore is normally pretty cold, which makes for a very cooling cycling trip, like you’re cycling in aircon. In addition, cycling in the night also presents itself with some nice photos

And this is why I love night cycling, this was 45 km I think, without the tire puncture detour from last time. For this trip, we were supposed to cycle to Springleaf, a park not far from where we live, but again decided to take a detour, a large one to say the least, left at about 7:30 and came back at 12:00. The night sky the entire way, especially on the returning trip, was breathtaking to say the least.

National Day

This won’t be a long section, but just wanted to leave this in. For National Day, my family didn’t really do much. However, we did something we haven’t done in a LONG time

Mookata!! Finally after about 7 months, we ate mookata again. In case you don’t know, mookata is like steamboat but better. I just think that it is so much better, don’t know why. Also got a good photo of the helicopters flying past.

Our house just happens to be below where the fighter jets would do their turn to go around Singapore. It is surreal when they fly right above you, lemme describe it in the best way possible. It is like there are 5 UFO’s flying right above you. It is so loud even when the windows are closed!! I love it!

Studio Ghibli

There is too much to write about here becuz I want to vent a lot about how FREAKING GOOD this studio is. Im gonna write about this in an entirely different blog post so…. I’ll see you there. Imma go write some stuff now
